Leadership and Management Level 4 Higher National Certificate (HNC) Part-time
This course will lay the foundations of Leadership and Management by providing a broad introduction to business and different business functions.
You will gain a wide range of business knowledge tied to practical skills gained through research, independent study, directed study and workplace scenarios. By the end of the course, you will have a sound knowledge of the basic concepts of Leadership and Management. Developing and strengthening core skills while preparing you for study at Level 5 or to enter employment.
This course is particularly suited to learners working in, or aspiring to work in, retail and service industries who want to develop leadership skills. Delivery is through case study analysis and practical application, with emphasis on workplace culture and decision-making.
