Leadership and Management Level 4 Higher National Certificate (HNC) Full-time
This course will lay the foundations of Leadership and Management by providing a broad introduction to business and different business functions.
You will gain a wide range of business knowledge tied to practical skills gained through research, independent study, directed study and workplace scenarios. By the end of the course learners will have a sound knowledge of the basic concepts of Leadership and Management. Developing and strengthening core skills while preparing learners for study at Level 5 or to enter employment.
You will complete the following units:
The Contemporary Business Environment
Marketing Processes and Planning
Management of Human Resources
Leadership and Management
Accounting Principles
Managing a Successful Business Project
Operational Planning and Management
Digital Business in Practice
This course is available as both full-time and part-time study options. Get in touch to find out more about our part-time course.
For the full-time course, classes will take place Thursday 9.00am - 4.30pm and Friday 9.00am - 4.00pm. Friday's will mainly be for academic 1:1s.

£6,995 per year.
Other funding information
As a Higher Education student living in England you may be eligible for the non-means tested Tuition Fee Loan from the Government and a Maintenance Loan.
Students with children or dependant adults may qualify for a Childcare Grant or Adult Dependants' Grant. Students can apply for these at the same time as applying for a Maintenance Loan.
Remember: Eligible students will not have to pay tuition fees in advance and can apply for the Maintenance Loan before they start the course.
We offer a service to any student who has a diagnosis of anything persistent or long-term which might interfere with how they study and manage their day-to-day academic engagement. The service is flexible and shaped around the needs of each individual; it might be consistent support or intermittent support.
Related level 3 qualification or relevant work experience.
GCSE English and Mathematics at grade 4 and above or equivalent.
You will be assessed through a series of set assignments.
All equipment will be provided, but we recommend bringing a pen and paper to take notes.
Higher National Certificate
You will be able to move onto a Level 5 qualification, Higher Technical Qualification or employment within the business sector.
