Gain essential digital skills with our online course, ideal for enhancing IT proficiency. Learn Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) via the Skills Network's interactive platform, featuring engaging content, virtual tutors, and flexible study options. Perfect for building IT knowledge and competence with support from a personal tutor.

There are three qualifcations available to undertake on this course. The level of qualification you will complete will be based on your BKSB English and ICT Initial and Diagnostic Assessments results.

Course Fees and Funding

How much does the course cost?

Entry 3 Essential Digital Skills and Level 1 Essential Digital Skills have funding available, which means if you are eligible you may not have to pay. Level 2 IT User Skills is £405.50. There is no funding available for this course.

If the course is listed as 'full fee payable', you will have to pay for the course.

Having good English and Maths qualifications are important for most careers and we want to give you the help you need to succeed.

If you are aged 16 - 19 and don't hold a grade C/4 or above in GCSE English and Maths, you will automatically be included in your study programme. If you want to work towards achieving a higher grade in English and Maths, we can help you do that too and we offer Level 3 Mathematical Studies (Core Maths) which maybe added to your study programme, subject to approval from your chosen department.

If you're aged 19 or above and don't hold a grade C/4 or above in GCSE English and Maths we can help. We offer FREE English and Maths qualifications that can be studied on a part-time basis, subject to eligibility.
